Applications received one week or less prior to arrival will be subject to a $100 late fee.
Replacement Fee: $200
Should you require changing your host family after the 30 day trial period there will be an additional placement fee.
Airport Pick-up Service (Monday-Sunday, 8am – 8pm)
Airport Pick-Up Service Fee is dependent on distance from airport to destination. Prices range between $150 to $200 depending on distance. If student cancels APU is non-refundable. Please contact us for further information. Please note that there are also shuttle buses, taxis and Uber service available from the airport.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at time of application. Service fee is non-refundable. Homestay deposit is non-refundable if student cancels or does not move into host Family's home. Homestay deposit is refundable with no damage, written 30 days move out notice and requested within six month of move out. If paying by credit card or bank wire deposit, an additional service fee of $25 is due per transaction.
